Slammers Fall Baseball League

Slammers & Libertyville Youth Baseball's 8-U Fall Instructional Baseball League will be a 6-Week Program that will cover all facets of the game. Participants will be trained in Hitting, Fielding, Base Running, Throwing, Pitching & Catching, as well as situational baseball and the mental approach to the game. The 8-U Fall League will be held at the Charlie Brown Fields located in Libertyville on Sylvan Dr. about 1/4 mile south of Golf Rd. off of Dawes St. and will be run by the Slammers Training Staff. The first hour each week will be instruction followed by an hour of games in which the kids will pitch to each other. Coaches will be assigned per team, and will be present during the games on the fields.

Slammers Training Academy would like to announce our 2nd Annual Fall Baseball League. Slammers Fall League will begin on Sunday, August 22nd and will run on every Sunday (skipping Labor Day Weekend) until October 10th. Games will be held at Nicholas Dowden Fields in Libertyville, with extra rain dates built in for bad weather. There will be a 7-game guarantee for every team including playoffs, which will be held on the final Sunday. Teams can register for 10-U Level for $600/team, and must submit their roster by the first week of the season. Slammers Fall League registration is available to individual ballplayers as well. Slammers will make separate teams consisting of 12 players maximum per roster. Participants will play weekly along with other teams in the League, also receive a 3-Month Slammers Membership good for unlimited indoor batting cage and facility reservations, 2 hour-long practices each week for the 6 weeks of the regular Fall Season, a jersey and a hat. Players can register as an individual and list other interested players that they would like to be teammates with to maximize interest and flexibility. Individual Registation for the Slammers Fall Baseball League is only $250 and spots will be limited, so register now!
