Todd Fine - Instructors - Slammers Illinois

Todd Fine, who served as a Regional Scout for the Houston Astros, is widely renowned as one of the state's top baseball instructors. Todd earned All-Big 10 Honors as a pitcher at Michigan State University, and was one of the most accomplished Illinois high school players in the early 1990's, earning All-State Honors and Baseball America Top 100 in 1992. Todd and Prep Baseball Report annually host the the Super 60, which is the premier Pre-Season High School Showcase Event for draft-eligible players, and the Pre-Draft camp for the Houston Astros. Todd also coaches for USA Baseball on the 18-U USA National Team as well as in the annual Under Armour All-American Game in the Summer which is played by the nations best High School Players.

With his vast knowledge of the game, Todd has Co-Founded 5 separate businesses over the past 10 years. Some of them include the Prep Baseball Report (Illinois High School Player Scouting Magazine), Prep Baseball Report Indiana (Indiana High School Player Scouting Magazine), Top Tier Baseball (Elite Baseball Travel Teams and 6-Year Consecutive AABC 18-U State Championship Team: 2004 - '09), the Amateur Baseball Report (National Scouting & Ranking), and Full Package Athletics. Todd's Top Tier 17-U team has also won back to back CABA International World Series Championships in 2009 and 2010 with the nations best teams and teams from other countries.

Todd's College Placement Program (along with the aid of baseball guru and co-founder of PBR Sean Duncan) have generated over 750 college scholarships and over 70 drafted big leaguers. Todd also has unsurpassed connections at the pro, collegiate, high school and youth travel levels, and has been the Coach of the Under Armour All-America Games in August for the best High School Baseball players in the nation (for last 3 years). Todd has the unique ability to boost the careers of players at all levels, and he is a member of the NTIS (National Team Identification Series) and the AABC (American Amateur Baseball Congress).
