Lake Bluff Baseball Winter Training Workout Program

Slammers Training Academy is proud to team up with Lake Bluff Baseball for the 2010 Baseball Pre-Season.  Our Saturday Mid-Day Skills Training Program is the most professional and best for potential improvements by any participant looking to consistantly train hard this Pre-Season the correct way to develop good habits alongside of the best youth and high school ballplayers in the area. 

Slammers will have three 1.5 Hour Sessions divided by age and skill set availble from 10:30am - 3:30pm for 10 consecutive Saturdays beginning in January through early March.  Each skill session will be developed and ran by our Professional Training Staff (with a 6:1 Player/Coach Ratio) to guarantee individual overall development.  Each Participant of this Training Program receives a Slammers 4-Month Membership and 1 FREE Private Training Session with a Slammers selected Baseball Instructor.

Program Begins on Saturdays, January 9th - March 13th, 2010 

Age Level Training Sessions: 

9-U & 10-U Age Levels:  10:30am - 12:00pm

11-U & 12-U Age Levels:  12:15pm - 1:45pm

13-U & 14-U Age Levels:  2:00pm - 3:30pm

 

Registration Cost:  $210/participant

 Participation is limited to the first 48 participants in each Age Level
