Winter Hitting Program

Dates:  December 4th - 18th, 2011

Times:  Sunday's from 3:30 - 4:45pm

Slammers Training Academy is hosting a Winter Hitting Program for ballplayers aged 9 -11 years old.  This camp is designed to get ballplayers ready for the Pre-Season by preparing them for what type of routine is needed for them to have the most success improving their game this winter.  Instruction will be led by Slammers Owner & former professional ballplayer Pat Kelly along with former Libertyville HS players Matt Dittman (University of Illinois) and Josh Albers (Carthage College).  Slammers will offer a 3-week program consisting of 75 minute sessions each week with workouts focusing on reviewing fundamentals and preparing participants for  winter workouts with their travel teams.  Hitting workouts will include drills and repetitions of tee-work, short toss, flip stations and live hitting.  This program is limited to only the first 18 players and space is limited, you can register online or by phone.
