Features
  • The Pitching Mechanics Rebuild Program will help set the foundation of participants off-season throwing programs (followed by a rest period) then bullpen sessions to get ready for regular season. This program will be focusing on the foundation of the throwing motion while limiting the number of throws while enhancing the quality of your mechanics. These fundamentals are a necessity before learning how to throw off a mound, bad mechanics lead to long term limitations with development AND increased risk of injury!


  • The program will focus on numerous drills that focus on, but not limited to:

  • - Balance
  • - Proper arm circle
  • - Timing/rhythm
  • - Follow through
  • - Release point
  • - Bio mechanics
  • - Power generation
  • - Different pitches and grips
  • - Teaching pitchers how to coach themselves

  • These session will require a Rope Training ball that will be used for 15 minutes, followed by 10 minutes of throwing drills, finally pitchers will throw 10 to 15 pitches from the mound.
