Tuesday: Strength & Conditioning/Speed & Agility

Slammers will structure our Tuesday training sessions and the players will be working on baseball specific strength & conditioning exercises as well as speed and agility work. We know what our players need at this age of to excel physically in the sport of baseball. Their staff will focus on footwork, proper running form, rotational explosiveness, core strength, as well as shoulder mobility and health. Training is not only to get bigger, faster and stronger, but most importantly to help avoid injury.
