Kal Youngquist

Hitting Coach/Program Head Coach

Kal grew up in Monmouth IL, and attended United High School. In his 4 years there he was named to the All-Conference and All-Region teams 4 times.

Kal continued his career at Kirkwood Community College where he was named to the All-Region team, and was named an Academic All-American. He helped the Eagles make a trip to the NJCAA World Series. Kal then went on to play at the University of Illinois-Springfield where he excelled. Earning 1st team All-American honors on the field, and a 2x 1st team Academic All-American off the field. He also helped lead the Prairie Stars to their first ever NCAA World Series appearance.

Ever since his playing days have been over, Kal has been giving hitting lessons to the next generation of ball players looking to take their game to the next level.
