Alli Richmond

Softball Skills Instructor

Alli grew up in Upstate NY, graduating from Horseheads High School in 2018 where she was Female Athlete of the Year and an all-state selection. She continued her playing career at Binghamton University, where she competed at the NCAA Division I level. She became a two-time First Team All-America East selection, a two-time ECAC All-Star, and was ranked 19th in the NCAA in doubles per game during her senior season. She was the recipient of multiple honors off the field, including America East All-Academic Team recognition, an America East Woman of the Year nominee, and was awarded Binghamton University's prestigious Jesse Godfrey Award, presented annually to the institution's outstanding graduating female student-athlete for excellence in athletics, academics, leadership, and community service.

As an instructor, Alli is passionate about helping athletes build confidence, develop fundamental skills, and learning to compete with purpose, believing that softball is a vehicle to help build essential life skills. She creates an energetic, encouraging environment where athletes are challenged, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential on and off the field. She also has experience with coaching travel softball and brings knowledge on best practices in the college recruiting journey. Alli is also the co-host of the “Game of Life 247” podcast on Spotify & Apple Podcasts where she discusses topics related to life lessons learned through athletics, parent & athlete perspectives and story’s, college softball recruiting, and mental toughness and confidence.

Private Lesson Costs:
Half Hour: $60.00/session

Group Training Costs ($/per player):
2 Players: $70/hour ($45/half)
3 Players: $60/hour
4 Players: $50/hour
